Refund policy

Pre-Order Items Some items on our site are available for pre-order. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the estimated ship date listed on the product page. Pre-order items are final sale and cannot be cancelled once placed. If your pre-order item is delayed beyond the estimated ship date, we will notify you via email. Pre-order items will be shipped separately from in-stock items in the same order.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. We offer store credit only on eligible claims within 7 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for store credit, your item must be in its original condition. Eligibility is verified through photos submitted to us via email. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To submit a store credit request, email us at shop@outlawangelscloset.com with your order number and clear photos of the item. You do not need to return the item. Once reviewed and approved, store credit will be issued within 10 business days.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Email us at shop@outlawangelscloset.com with your order number and clear photos showing the issue. Once reviewed and approved, store credit will be issued within 10 business days.

Size issues We do not offer direct exchanges or store credit for sizing issues. Please refer to our size guide before placing your order. If you received the wrong size from what you ordered, please contact us at shop@outlawangelscloset.com with your order number and photos, and we will issue store credit to place a new order in the correct size.

Exceptions / non-returnable items We cannot accept store credit requests on sale items or gift cards. All sale items are final sale.

Store Credit Once your request and photos are reviewed and approved, store credit will be issued within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your approval, please contact us at shop@outlawangelscloset.com.
